BC/EFA Flea Market - REPORT

The 23rd annual  BCEFA Flea Market and Grand Auction took place Sunday September 27, 2009. Due to weather, the event was moved to The Roseland Ballroom on short notice.

The event was a great success and was busy all day long. BCEFA did a great job getting the word out of the change and getting Roseland prepared for us.

I want to thank everyone who donated items and those who turned out to help run the table for the flea market. We had a great time being inside this year. The bullhorn will come in handy for years to come.

Our table raised $1827 and the Event itself raised $403,000. Hopefully next year the weather will cooperate.

Special thanks to Rosie, Evelyn, Katrina, and Hope for everything they did before the event including picking up donations.

This is a very important event each year for a very important organization and I'm glad that the SMA continues to be a part of it.
